Consists of five ( 5 ) floors with total area about 43,000 square meters.
1.HVAC – using Chilled Water system (5) cooled air chillers of 400 tons each and one standby and Fan Coil Units
2.Fire Fighting System – The fire fighting system that protect the building consist of:
a.Sprinkler System
b.CO2 gas System
3.Domestic Water System:
It mainly comprised of one big underground water tank, triplex pumps
(3 centrifugal pumps connected in parallel) and distribution piping network.
4.Irrigation System:
We have duplex type pumps, solenoid valves, controllers and bubblers.
5.Drainage and Sewage System:
Collect the soil wastewater to the sum pit and by duplex sewage pumps discharge the waste water to the Water Treatment Plant.
